The information you provide to us may be used for the purpose of booking tours, activities and services with Whistler Valley Tours & Charters and our trusted third party suppliers. In order to complete your requests, it may be necessary to collect certain personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We may use your information for correspondence purposes such phone calls, texts and emails of which you can choose to opt out of at any time. Media created by our staff, such as photo and video, during any of the services provided by Whistler Valley Tours & Charters may be used for promotional purposes. By continuing to use this site or any of the products and services offered by Whistler Valley Tours & Charters you are choosing to acknowledge this policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this policy.

 

Cancellation Policy.

Regular cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund. Group cancellations of 6 or more guests must be made 72 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund. Private service cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund. "No Shows" will not qualify for an alternate service or refund. Guest initiated refunds may incur the credit card/booking fee(s) charged at the time of booking. Whistler Valley Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel a service at any time due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond control. In the event this occurs, we will do our best to provide an alternate service or offer a full refund.
